Crackerjack On-Site Training

2-Day On-Site Training...Learn the Crackerjack Way!

Are you a new screen printer?

Would you like to take an existing business to a better/higher level?

Would you like to go to a successful shop and learn how to duplicate successful practices?

Now’s your chance! We’re offering a 2-day on-site training to the first 6 people who register for this event! Although we will survey the 6 participants regarding the topics they’d like to learn more about, here’s a list of things we’ll be including!

  • Setting up your operational systems – Nailing down your workflow
  • Organizing your financial data and using it for goal-setting
  • Hiring your first employees…as well as when to know it’s time to let someone go.
  • Small group, hands-on training with our artist – This will include proofing, 4-color process setup, simulated process setup, film output, Q&A, and more!
  • Small group, hands-on training with our press operator – This will include workspace setup, press setup, troubleshooting at both the manual and auto press, tricks of the trade, and Q&A
  • Group session with our embroidery expert – Between Cheryl and Sandy, we have decades of embroidery experience! Learn how to hoop better, how to eliminate puckers, how to stitch difficult fabrics, and Q&A
  • Group session with our Project Managers – Ask questions about our sales process, our order process, customer service practices, and Q&A
  • Group session with our Accounting Manager – Meet with our accounting specialist to talk about purchasing, accounts receivable, and best practices
  • Spend time with our CEO, Sandy Higgins – Q&A with a nationally recognized small business CEO in the decorated apparel industry. Sandy has been featured in Forbes, The Altucher Report, The Story Exchange, Impressions Magazine, Screen Printing Magazine, and other industry specific publications for the winning formula she has developed for building a small business.

I am thrilled to invite you into my shop to learn how we do business! When I started back in 2007, building a business was so overwhelming, and there were so many things I had to learn by trial and error. We want to offer this training to help shorten that learning curve for new, or even established, shop owners! I am a former teacher, so teaching other business people what we do comes completely natural to me, and I have no interest in gatekeeping, so our business is an open book! I’m confident this training will offer value to your business – so confident – I’m offering a complete refund if you feel it did not meet your expectation!
