HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email letting you know when your order is either shipped, or is ready to pick up. We will do our best to complete your order within a week, however, sourcing blank goods can sometimes create a lead time of up to 2 weeks.
A NOTE ABOUT COVID AND SUPPLY CHAINS - The current pandemic has interrupted apparel supply chains and caused inventory instability. Inventory is not guaranteed until we purchase from our vendors. Substitutions of equal value may be required if inventory is depleted for styles selected in this store.
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
After you have received the email stating your order is complete, you can pick it up at our showroom located at 1252 US HWY 60 East, Republic (Behind the AT&T Store) or it will be shipped via UPS, depending on the method you chose during checkout.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE GARMENTS ARE DECORATED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.
SIZING GUIDES ARE SHOWN WITH ALL GARMENT DESCRIPTIONS OR IMAGES. USE THESE GUIDES AND THIS HELPFUL VIDEO TO DETERMINE CORRECT SIZES.
