Custom apparel is non-returnable. We have provided convenient size guides - AND VIDEOS - with every garment, so you can be confident you are selecting the correct sizes.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive an email letting you know when your order is either shipped, or is ready to pick up. We will do our best to complete your order within a week, however, sourcing blank goods can sometimes create a lead time of up to 2 weeks.
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
After you have received the email stating your order is complete, you can pick it up at our showroom located at 1252 US HWY 60 East, Republic (Behind the AT&T Store) or it will be shipped via UPS, depending on the method you chose during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE GARMENTS ARE DECORATED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS. SIZING GUIDES ARE ALWAYS PROVIDED WITH EACH GARMENT TO ASSIST WITH SIZING.
