Custom apparel is non-returnable.  We have provided convenient size guides - AND VIDEOS - with every garment, so you can be confident you are selecting the correct sizes.

A NOTE ABOUT COVID AND SUPPLY CHAINS - The current pandemic has interrupted apparel supply chains and caused inventory instability.  Inventory is not guaranteed until we purchase from our vendors.  Substitutions of equal value may be required if inventory is depleted for styles selected in this store.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

THIS IS A PRE-SALE, SO GARMENTS WILL BE PRODUCED AFTER THIS STORE CLOSES.

This is part of a company-wide bulk order, so there will be a PRE-SALE period before we go into the production phase. When the store closes, orders will be produced in the order they were received.  On average, you should receive your order 2-4 weeks after this store closes. Once completed, you will receive an email letting you know your order has been completed.  We will ship directly to your store location via the UPS number provided by your company.

PLEASE NOTE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  ONCE GARMENTS ARE DECORATED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.  SIZING GUIDES ARE ALWAYS PROVIDED WITH EACH GARMENT TO ASSIST WITH SIZING.
