CUSTOM APPAREL IS NON-RETURNABLE.  WE HAVE PROVIDED CONVENIENT SIZE GUIDES - AND VIDEOS - WITH EVERY GARMENT, SO YOU CAN BE CONFIDENT YOU ARE SELECTING THE CORRECT SIZES.

A NOTE ABOUT COVID AND SUPPLY CHAINS - The current pandemic has interrupted apparel supply chains and caused inventory instability.  Inventory is not guaranteed until we purchase from our vendors.  Substitutions of equal value may be required if inventory is depleted for styles/sizes selected in this store.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

When you order, there is a waiting period while we get blank goods from our vendors and produce your choices.  Once completed, you will receive an email letting you know your order has been completed and will be shipped or is ready for pick-up, depending on the delivery method you chose during check-out.  Typically, completion is approximately 2 weeks after your order date.

PLEASE NOTE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  ONCE GARMENTS ARE DECORATED, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.  SIZING GUIDES ARE ALWAYS PROVIDED WITH EACH GARMENT TO ASSIST WITH SIZING.
